There are other free open source tools for money (like PocketSense and hleofxquotes, which can also do other things), but I needed to create something even easier to use. I understand many people will hesitate to download a raw exe from the internet by some random stranger, and I don't have a good solution to that (you can thank Microsoft). It's a Win32 GUI application because I wanted it to be extremely easy to use (hence I have to distribute it as an EXE) and also run on older versions of Windows.
